Note:
1. If you find the parcel broken
when delivery, please open the parcel to check whether items
are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. When the
parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if
the damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will
send you a new one of same model for exhcange or fully refund
your money according to your request.
2. If you want to return the parcel
already signed by you, please email us to get the shipping
address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have
no responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning
to wrong shipping address without asking for our customer
support's advice.
If you are dissatisfied
with your items, you should return the products within two
days of receipt for exchange or refund (*If the size problem,
we only accept for exchange, but not refund.).
Making returns or exchanges are easy
using UPS/DHL/USPS/EMS. You must send your returned package
via your own expense and provide us with a tracking number
cause all the items are the lowest price. Refunds are made
in the Credit card or other payment and may take up to ten
business days to process after we receive the tracking number
for the returned goods. Please note card refunds may take
up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending
on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card
issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Kindly include when you contact
us the following information. This will expedite the processing
of your return.
*Your order number, your full name, and the date the order
was placed and received
*A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
*The reason for the return of the product
